First you need to pour 2 cups of sugar into a bowl. Then add 1 cup of vegetable oil and mix them together. Then add the 1 (15 oz.) can of pumpkin. Next mix in four eggs. Stir it together and then slowly add 2 cups of flour. Next mix in the 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, ½ teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, ½ teaspoon of ginger, ½ teaspoon of cloves, and ½ teaspoon of nutmeg. Mix it all thoroughly. Grease a 10x15 inch jelly roll pan or other shallow baking pan. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. When the bars are fully cooled you can frost them.
